YOUR DATA. YOUR CHOICE.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PaceMind handles information across its public website, web dashboard, and pre-release Android app.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

You choose your connections. Wearable data is accessed with your permission. Garmin Connect and COROS are planned and not active; no Garmin or COROS data is currently imported. You can stop future syncing and request deletion of information already stored by PaceMind.

1. Who operates PaceMind

PaceMind is operated by Pramadia Lazuardi, Founder, who is responsible for the information described in this policy. PaceMind is currently founder-operated and is not an incorporated company.

For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@pacemind.fit.

2. Information we process

The information available to PaceMind depends on the features you use, the data you enter, the permissions you grant, and what your device or connected source supplies. Missing data is not assumed to be present.

Information categories and examples
CategoryExamples

Technical & connectionPermission and connection state, sync timestamps, session information, device or browser information, IP addresses, and service logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

3. Why we use information

We use information to operate your account, sync the data you authorize, show your activity history, provide fitness and recovery insights, respond to Coach questions, obtain weather context, and support your use of PaceMind.

We also use necessary account and technical information to secure the service, investigate errors, respond to requests, and meet applicable obligations. Information about health, wearable activity, and precise location can be sensitive; connect a source or provide information only when you are comfortable with the processing described here.

We do not sell your personal health or fitness data or use it for targeted advertising.

4. Connected data & permissions

Samsung Health and Galaxy Watch. In the Android app, you can authorize access to available Samsung Health activities and health measurements. Galaxy Watch information may reach PaceMind through Samsung Health. Some health data may be accessed through Android Health Connect, depending on the feature and permissions. Authorized data is processed on your device and may be uploaded to PaceMind services to provide the features you use.

You can manage the connection and automatic sync in PaceMind’s Connected Data settings. To revoke access, also use the data-permission controls in Samsung Health, Health Connect, or Android settings, as applicable. Disconnecting or revoking permission stops future authorized access; it does not automatically erase information PaceMind already received.

Garmin Connect — planned integration. Garmin access is subject to approval of PaceMind’s developer application and a future integration. No Garmin data is currently imported. If enabled, the integration will require your authorization and the permissions made available by Garmin. Intended data includes available activity and health records, and training-related information where authorized. A training feature would only send training information to Garmin if you choose to use it. We will update this policy before enabling materially different processing.

When a Garmin connection becomes available, you will be able to revoke authorization through the provider’s account controls and any connection controls supplied by PaceMind. This does not delete historical copies held by either service; request PaceMind deletion separately.

COROS — planned integration (Coming Soon). A COROS connection is planned and is not currently available in PaceMind. No COROS data is currently imported, stored, or processed by PaceMind. Future access will depend on the applicable COROS requirements and terms, any required approval, and your authorization. Before you connect, we will explain the data requested and its purpose. Intended information includes available activity records, such as distance, duration, pace, heart rate, elevation, and routes or GPS points, and supported health or training information only where available and authorized. Training information would only be sent to COROS if you choose to use a feature that does so. We will update this policy before enabling the connection or materially different processing.

When a COROS connection becomes available, you will be able to revoke authorization through the provider’s account controls and any connection controls supplied by PaceMind. Revoking access or disconnecting stops future authorized syncing; it does not automatically delete information already received. Request deletion of PaceMind-held copies separately under the retention and deletion section below.

Disconnecting PaceMind does not delete your source records in Samsung Health, Garmin, COROS, or another provider. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies, including the COROS Privacy Policy.

5. Service providers & AI

PaceMind uses services that process information to provide specific functions. The current implementation uses:

  • Supabase for authentication and storing account and fitness information.
  • Vercel for the website and backend hosting, including necessary request and operational logs.
  • OpenAI — AI transparency. AI-assisted Coach responses and insights use your question and relevant activity, health, or training context to generate training explanations and guidance. This information may be sent to OpenAI for processing, and generated responses may be stored by PaceMind. Avoid including information in messages that is unnecessary for your training question.
  • Weather providers for local forecasts, using the training location or coordinates required for the request. The implementation includes WeatherAPI and Open-Meteo.
  • Connected health providers such as Samsung Health and Android Health Connect for the information you authorize. Garmin and COROS are planned providers, subject to their applicable requirements and any required approval.

Garmin and AI. No Garmin data is currently processed or used to train AI models. Any future AI processing of Garmin information will depend on Garmin approval and applicable terms, a clear explanation of the data and purpose, and your explicit consent before processing begins. That authorization will include a way to withdraw consent. Garmin connection alone will not be treated as permission for AI processing.

COROS and AI. No COROS data is currently sent to OpenAI, processed by AI, or used to train AI models by PaceMind. Any future AI processing of COROS information will depend on applicable COROS terms and any required approval, a clear explanation of the data shared and its purpose, and your separate, explicit consent before processing begins. You will be able to withdraw that consent. Connecting COROS alone will not be treated as permission for AI processing.

These providers have their own service terms, security practices, and retention rules. Their processing is separate from PaceMind’s own retention schedule. You can review the policies of Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, WeatherAPI, Open-Meteo, and COROS.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to protect the service and its users. We will assess the scope of such requests.

6. Storage, security & transfers

Information may be held on your device and in hosted services. Because service providers may operate in different countries, processing can take place outside your country of residence.

Account access requires authentication, and network requests to hosted services use HTTPS. We limit access to information to what is needed to operate and support PaceMind. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Retention & deletion

While you use PaceMind, we retain account and fitness information needed to provide your history and selected features. Disconnecting a data provider alone does not start account or historical-data deletion.

After a verified deletion request, PaceMind will remove the requested account and fitness information, including copies in PaceMind-controlled backups, within a maximum of 90 days. This period allows us to verify the request and complete deletion across active storage and backups. A deletion request is handled by the Founder; this policy does not imply an automated account-deletion feature.

If a limited record must be retained to meet an applicable legal obligation or resolve a dispute, we will explain the reason and the information concerned. Information in services operated independently by your source provider is not deleted by a PaceMind request. Service providers’ own operational logs and retention rules may also differ.

8. Your choices & requests

  • Choose whether to connect a wearable or health source, and manage or revoke its permissions.
  • Turn off automatic sync or disconnect a supported source in the app.
  • Manage device location permissions and the training location you provide.
  • Update profile information through the available account settings.
  • Contact us to request access, correction, an export, or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Your rights may depend on applicable law.

Request deletion or ask a privacy question

Email contact@pacemind.fit from the address associated with your account. Tell us whether you want to delete your account, particular fitness records, or both. We may ask for information needed to verify the account and scope of the request. Do not email passwords, login codes, or unnecessary health records.

9. Website & local storage

You can read the public landing page and this policy without creating an account or connecting a wearable. Public page content uses illustrative sample values, not a visitor’s fitness records.

PaceMind uses necessary browser or device storage for authentication sessions and app preferences. Signed-in use may generate account-activity events such as login or page visits. Hosting services may also receive technical request information such as IP addresses. The public pages do not add advertising trackers or require health permissions.

10. Age & fitness guidance

PaceMind is intended for adults and is not designed for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

PaceMind provides fitness information and training guidance. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. AI-generated recommendations can be inaccurate. Consider your circumstances and seek qualified medical advice when needed.

11. Changes & contact

We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes. We will provide additional notice or seek additional authorization when a change requires it, including before activating a materially different connected-data use.
